BRETT, Judge:

Appellant, Billy Gene Stout, was charged with, tried for, and convicted of two counts of Murder in the First Degree, pursuant to 21 O.S. 1981, § 701.7(A), in Case No. CRF-77-156 in the District Court of Caddo County, State of Oklahoma.
