This case was originally filed by appellee, North Alamo Water Supply Corporation (North Alamo), in the 107th District Court of Willacy County, seeking a judicial review of a decision made by the Willacy County Appraisal District Board of Review (Appraisal District) which denied North Alamo's application for exemption from ad valorem taxation of North Alamo's buildings and tangible personal property.
