In this concursus proceeding brought by the operator of producing gas units, the district court resolved the dispute between two sets of record co-owners, identified as the "Group A defendants" and the "Group B defendants", by holding that the Group A defendants had acquired full title to the properties involved by acquisitive prescription based on adverse possession by them and their ancestors for more than 30 years after notice of such adverse possession...
