Ten defendants appeal from a jury verdict convicting each of them on one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute marijuana and cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846 (Count I). Defendant Marvin Ralph "Rusty" Hall also appeals from a jury verdict convicting him on one count of engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise in violation...
