OPINION

LEVY, Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of the defendant in a suit on five promissory notes. The basis of the trial court's judgment was that the plaintiff's claim was barred by limitations. We affirm.

The summary judgment proof shows that in 1970, Jay F. Swanson and another co-maker executed a series of five promissory notes made payable to the plaintiff. These notes were dated and in the amounts indicated...
