This is an appeal from an order entered June 13, 1983 in the Southern District of New York, Robert J. Ward, District Judge, denying defendants' motion, pursuant to Section 3 of the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 3 (1982), for an order staying all proceedings in the underlying action pending arbitration in accordance with the Constitution and Rules of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
