Oliver T. Reinhart, Jr., appeals from the district court's order affirming the Secretary of Health and Human Services' decision to deny his application for Social Security disability benefits. Reinhart alleges total disability for a period beginning January 1980 due to psychiatric problems, along with severe back, neck, and leg pain.
