During his lifetime, H.C. Walker, also known as Clyde Walker, now deceased, was in the construction and building supply business. He and his wife had six children, all of whom are now adults. As a corollary to his businesses and for other reasons, he acquired and sold real property. Usually, H.C. Walker provided the funds for the acquisition of the real property. Occasionally one of the children would also provide part of the purchase price...
