Count I alleged that on August 10, 1982, he forcibly stole an amount of U.S. currency, coins, foodstamps and keys from Harold Stapleton. Count II alleged that at the same time and place he forcibly stole an amount of U.S. currency, coins, money orders, credit cards, personal papers and a wallet from Carolyn...
