Appellant G.A. Jamail filed a declaratory judgment suit against appellee Gene Naumann Real Estate and others for a declaration of his rights in and to a tract of land known as "The Cove" situated in Burnet County. The land in question is situated between the 1020' contour line and the waters of Lake Buchanan. Appellees are owners of tracts "upland" from the 1020' contour line and claim a right of ingress and egress across the land below the 1020...
