This appeal arises out of a breach of contract action brought by plaintiff-appellee Knightsbridge Marketing Services, Inc. (hereinafter KMS) against defendant-appellant Promociones Y Proyectos, S.A. (hereinafter PYP), a Dominican Republic corporation.
