WARREN, Justice.

Appellant was convicted by the court of forgery and sentenced to eight years imprisonment.

In April of 1980, appellant signed a contract with Leasing Enterprises, Inc., to purchase a bulldozer for use by his company, Moore Brothers Excavation, payable in monthly installments.
