Presently before the court is plaintiffs' motion to compel discovery pursuant to Rule 37 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Defendant Coleco Industries, Inc. agrees that the discovery request is proper but maintains that it is prevented from complying with the request because of a state court stay currently in effect.
