OPINION

SINGLETON, Judge.

George R. Short pled no contest to theft in the first degree, a class B felony. AS 11.46.120. He was charged with embezzling funds from his former employer, Air North. Short received a sentence of six years' incarceration, with three years suspended and five years of probation. In addition, Short was fined $20,000 and ordered to make restitution in the amount of $48,569.46. Short appeals, contending that his sentence is excessive...
