OPINION

SINGLETON, Judge.

Kurt C. Cordes pled no contest and was convicted of one count of sexual assault in the first degree. AS 11.41.410(a)(3). His victim was his six-year-old stepdaughter. Cordes concedes four separate incidents, including anal intercourse and fellatio. The district attorney recommended a sentence of eight years with four years suspended. Cordes joined in this recommendation. Judge Blair rejected the recommendation and sentenced Cordes...
