In this lawsuit, plaintiff Lena Gomez seeks review of a decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services denying her claim for disability benefits. Upon submission of plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and the Secretary's cross-motion, I referred the matter to Magistrate Richard A. Powers, III.
