CARDINE, Justice.

This appeal is from appellant Abdula Amin's conviction of first degree sexual assault pursuant to § 6-2-302(a)(ii), W.S. 19771 for which he was sentenced to a term of not less than eight nor more than twenty years. We will affirm.
