PER CURIAM.

Appellants were the defendants in a suit arising out of the sale of a stolen truck to the appellees. The amended complaint contained counts against Abrams and Dixie Sea Products Inc. for breach of warranties, a count against "defendants" alleging fraud, and a count against Moore (an attorney) for malpractice. Although the defendants answered the original complaint, they did not respond to the amended complaint and a default was entered some five months...
