OPINION

SCHULTE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a jury conviction for delivery of a controlled substance. The jury assessed punishment at six years imprisonment. We reverse and dismiss the indictment.

The November 24, 1981, grand jury indictment in this cause was transferred to the 34th District Court on November 25, 1981. A motion to quash was filed in that court on December 8, 1981. On January 4, 1982, a petition for writ of habeas corpus was...
