This is an appeal from a take-nothing judgment rendered in a medical malpractice, wrongful death, and survival action instituted by appellants. Upon submission of special issues, the jury found Dr. Larry Fedder negligent in his treatment of the deceased, Joe Galvan. However, it failed to find such negligence a proximate cause of Galvan's death, and answered zero to the damage issues. In ten points of error, appellant...
