Island Recreational Development Corporation (hereafter "IRDC") and Sea Cabins, Inc. (hereafter "Sea Cabins") sued Republic of Texas Savings Association (hereafter "Republic") and Bankers Capital Corporation (hereafter "Bankers"). IRDC and Sea Cabins obtained a judgment against Republic and Bankers for $667,882.87 in damages plus $52,500 attorney's fees.
