This cause is before the Court on petition for review of the decision of the district court of appeal in Nodar v. Galbreath, 429 So.2d 715 (Fla. 4th DCA 1983). The district court affirmed a judgment for compensatory and punitive damages for the tort of defamation. The district court's decision conflicts with past decisions of this Court.
