TOM G. DAVIS, Judge.

Appeal is taken from a conviction for burglary of a vehicle. After finding appellant guilty, the jury assessed punishment, enhanced by two prior convictions, at life.

Appellant was convicted of breaking and entering an automobile owned by Marie Philyaw, with intent to commit theft and without the effective consent of the owner. A previous conviction and sentence of life in this cause were reversed by this Court for failure...
