TATUM, Judge.

The defendant, Gregory McDougle, was convicted of aggravated rape, possession of a firearm with altered or defaced serial number, and carrying a pistol with intent to go armed. He was sentenced to serve 20 years in the State penitentiary for aggravated rape and to six months in the County Workhouse for each of the other two offenses.
