Plaintiff Evangel Kiddie Kollege brought this action seeking a refund of one hundred forty-four dollars and seventeen cents ($144.17), which it claims represents an overpayment of social security taxes made on behalf of an employee for the quarter ending December 31, 1977. Plaintiff alleges that it is a tax-exempt organization pursuant to § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and thus need not pay social security...
