HENDERSON, Justice.

This is a criminal appeal from a judgment of conviction for first-degree rape. We affirm.

Cynthia McConniel and appellant Arthur Faehnrich, who were acquaintances, met outside of a Sioux Falls tavern, after closing, the morning of August 19, 1983.
