Timothy Clark and Joyce Clark brought suit to set aside a Substitute Trustee's Sale of approximately 25 acres of land in Newton County. The sale took place on December 7, 1982. The original petition, filed March 8, 1983, asked for a temporary restraining order and a temporary injunction.
