First Insurance Company of Hawaii, Ltd., appealed from a summary judgment entered in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit. The Intermediate Court of Appeals reversed, 678 P.2d 1095 (Hawaii App.), holding that summary judgment was not appropriate in the case.
