OPINION

BUTTS, Justice.

Appeal is taken from a conviction for murder. TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 19.02(a)(1) (Vernon 1974). The jury found appellant guilty and assessed punishment at twenty years' imprisonment.

Appellant argues the trial court erred by submitting a jury charge on the law of parties and, further, that he was denied a fair and impartial trial as the result of ineffective assistance of counsel...
