Plaintiff, Daniel A. Kirkland (tenant), appeals the trial court's decision denying him the return of his security deposit; a proportionate share of his last month's rent, paid in advance; treble damages; and reasonable attorney's fees for the willful and wrongful detention of plaintiff's security deposit by defendants, Everett and Gracie Allen (landlords). We reverse and remand.
