This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Harrison County wherein the cause was heard by the circuit judge, sitting without a jury on facts stipulated to by the parties. The circuit court held that appellee, Mary Nester, was entitled to coverage under the uninsured motorists coverage of an insurance policy on her car paid for by her father, appellee James Nester.
