An unfair labor practice charge was brought by Gaylord Broadcasting Co., d/b/a KSTW-TV, against Local Union No. 76, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. It charged that the Union violated § 8(b)(4)(i) and (ii)(B) of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), 29 U.S.C. § 158(b)(4)(i), (ii)(B), by engaging in unlawful secondary picketing at a gate reserved exclusively for a neutral contractor.
