DICKENSON, Justice.

The jury found that Donald Ray Welch was guilty of aggravated rape1 and assessed his punishment2 at confinement for life. We affirm this conviction.3

There is no challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury's finding that on or about September 29, 1979, in Taylor County, Texas, appellant:

[D]id then and there unlawfully, intentionally...
