This is an action for a declaratory judgment commenced in Superior Court by Chester J. Dudzik against his former employer, Leesona Corporation. Dudzik sought a declaration that Leesona had breached the terms of a temporary-assignment agreement and also a declaration of the rights and relations of the parties flowing from that breach.
