This is a tort action arising out of an automobile accident which occurred in the City of Lafayette, Louisiana. Plaintiffs are Paul and Leanna Alfred, who are husband and wife. Defendants are Jody Waters and her insurer, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm). From a judgment in favor of the defendants, plaintiffs have appealed.
