This is an appeal from a judgment of the juvenile court declaring Baby Paul to be a neglected child because of child abuse, § 211.031, RSMo. 1978. The child was placed in the custody of the Division of Family Services, which was authorized to place him in foster care, § 211.181, RSMo. 1978.
