The district court dismissed this action without prejudice for failure to prosecute. We affirm.

These consolidated cases arose out of a complex business arrangement, the nature of which is in dispute but is not the subject of this appeal. In 1978 Hiram and Joseph Ash (hereinafter collectively "Ash") turned over to Eugene Cvetkov $30,000 worth of gold, to be used as raw material in Cvetkov's jewelry...
