This is an appeal from the granting of a peremptory exception of no cause of action. The appellants, Lorraine Sabbathe Coates, et al, are the wife and children of John C. Coates, a former insulation worker who is suffering from asbestosis. Mrs. Coates and her children sued the appellees, Owens Corning Fiberglas Corp. Inc.
