The defendant, Herbert Wentworth, Jr., appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Hancock County), entered in accordance with a jury verdict finding him guilty of burglary, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 401(C) (1983), and theft, 17-A M.R.S.A. §§ 353, 362(2) (1983).
