MINZNER, Judge.

Defendants-Appellants Roy and Skip Foreman appeal from a jury verdict of $350,000 in a wrongful death suit arising out of an automobile accident which occurred in Las Cruces, New Mexico, on September 27, 1981. On appeal, defendants claim that the trial court erred in admitting certain evidence and that the error requires reversal. Defendants also claim errors in the jury instructions require reversal.
