(G & M), appeals the decision entered below, upon a trial to the court, that G & M violated the Labor-Management Relations Act (L.M.R.A.), 29 U.S.C. § 185, by breaching a contract provision concerning wages, and that G & M also violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (F.L.S.A.), 29 U.S.C. § 207, by withholding overtime wages from six specific workers.
