This is a products liability case. Larry Joe Colvin was injured in a fall on a construction project in Sherman, Texas. He sued Robert E. McKee, Inc., the general contractor, on a theory of negligence, and Red Steel Company, a supplier of steel, on a theory of negligence and on strict liability. McKee joined D.R.
