This case comes before us on appeal after we remanded it on an earlier appeal for the purpose of re-litigating the damage to the contents of a warehouse owned by LaSalle Pump & Supply Co. (hereinafter referred to as LaSalle), plaintiff-appellee, which were destroyed by a fire negligently caused by La. Midland Railroad Co. (hereinafter referred to as Midland), defendant-appellant.
