DRAUGHN, Justice.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of aggravated robbery, and was thereafter sentenced to five years imprisonment and fined $2,500.00. He now appeals contending that the trial court failed to include in its charge the lesser included offense of theft, that the court admitted evidence of extraneous offenses, and that the State presented improper jury arguments at both the guilt and punishment...
