A Superior Court Jury in Oxford County found Raymond Heikkinen, Jr. guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. 29 M.R. S.A. § 1312-B (Supp.1983). On appeal the defendant claims that the arresting officer's explanation of the rights read from a Miranda card was so confusing as to require exclusion of the defendant's statements.
