In this condemnation case, appellee, Fred W. Bubb Funeral Chapter, Inc. (Bubb), owned a funeral home and a warehouse in Mishawaka, Indiana. The warehouse, where limousines and caskets were stored, was located two city blocks away from the funeral home.
