Cement Products Service, Inc. (defendant) was awarded a contract by the Town of Patterson, Louisiana, to handle "Project `M' 13-1-80, Street Paving and Drainage Improvements, Williams Street, Patterson, Louisiana." Defendant contracted with Concrete Control Division, Inc. (plaintiff) to have plaintiff supply the concrete for the job, which plaintiff did.
