OPINION

LANSING, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of the County Court of Wilkin County dismissing a formal complaint charging gross misdemeanor violations of Minn.Stat. § 169.121, subd. 1(a) and (d) and 3(a) (1982). We affirm.
