In this criminal case, the appellant appeals his conviction for the charge of driving while intoxicated (DWI). The appellant was charged and convicted in Conway County Municipal Court of DWI, and was charged but acquitted of refusal to take a breathalizer test. The appellant appealed his conviction for DWI to the Conway County Circuit Court. At the subsequent circuit court trial, the State moved in limine
