("Mobil"), for summary judgment in its favor dismissing the retaliatory discharge claim brought against it by Arthur L. Schultheiss. Mobil hired Schultheiss in November of 1979 to work as a dispatcher without specifying the duration of his employment and without putting the employment contract...
